For International Participants:

The guidelines for papers and poster presentation for international participants are similar for local participants. Submission of abstracts can be uploaded in this website under the "Online submission" tab. 

Papers of relevant topics within the conference theme are invited for oral or poster presentations. Contributors for the oral and poster presentations are required to prepare an abstract in English and should not exceed 300 words. The abstract should contain Title, Author(s), Affiliation(s), Abstract and keywords. The abstract should be factual and contain a concise but comprehensive statement of the problem and results. 

GUIDELINES IN THE PREPARATION OF ABSTRACT 

1. All papers (oral and poster) are to be submitted in ABSTRACT with the general format requirements are as follows:

a.       Paper Size: A4 size paper (21 x 29.7cm).

b.       Margins: 1 inch top and bottom; 1.25 inches on sides.

c.       Title: 12 pt bold Times New Roman, centered, and sentence case.

d.      Author(s)/Affiliation/E-mail: One blank line after the author's title, surname (s) and initials, 10 pt bold Times New Roman, centered and capitalize each word. The name and address of the institution where the work was done shall be 10 pt Times New Roman, and centered. The corresponding author's email shall be indicated with the asterisk symbol (*).

e.       Abstract Header: 10 pt bold Times New Roman and left aligned, with one blank line above.

f.        Abstract: 12 pt Times New Roman, single spacing, justified on both margins, normal style for text, MUST NOT EXCEED 300 WORDS, in a single paragraph. It should begin with a clear statement of the background, problem statement, objective followed by methods, main findings with statistical evidence (e.g. P-value), and then ends with main implications or conclusions with no references cited. No headers, footers or page numbers. Usage of line numbers is encouraged.

g.       Keywords: Include a maximum of 5 keywords below the abstract.


2. All abstracts to be submitted must be ‘saved as’ with the conference name and your full name in .doc or .docx format (e.g. msap2022_Aziziazmin.doc)


3. All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the tinyurl.com/2c4akdjc for the  local participants, and uploaded in this website for international participants by 15th June 2023 for inclusion in the Conference e-Proceedings. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for reprinting any material included in their papers that is already copyrighted elsewhere.
